Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate is expanding its presence in Pune with a 5-acre residential project, ‘VANAHA Verdant,’ within its 1,000-acre township. The project, comprising approximately 600 apartments, is expected to generate a revenue of Rs 800 crore. SPRE has already sold over 2,000 apartments worth Rs 1,800 crore in the township.
