DLF Ltd has re-entered the Mumbai market with a Rs 900 crore investment in a luxury housing project, ‘Westpark’, in Andheri (West). The 5.18-acre project, developed in partnership with Trident Group, offers 416 apartments priced between Rs 4 crore and Rs 7.5 crore, targeting a sales realization of Rs 2,300 crore.
