Titan Holdings is set to acquire a 67% stake in Damas LLC for AED 1,038 million ($283 million), gaining a strategic presence across all six GCC countries—UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The remaining 33% held by Mannai may be acquired post-December 31, 2029, under mutually agreed terms.
