Gem Aromatics IPO: Gem Aromatics, a specialty ingredients company, is eyeing a fundraise of about ₹451 crore at the upper price band. The IPO consists of a fresh issue of nearly 53 lakh shares worth ₹175 crore and an offer for sale of around 85 lakh shares valued at ₹276.3 crore.
