ICICI Prudential AMC, India’s largest active asset manager, will launch its ₹10,700 crore IPO on December 12, fully via OFS. Valued around ₹1.07 lakh crore, the issue includes Prudential selling a 10% stake. With strong market share and profit growth, the AMC recently secured Sebi approval.
