Godrej Properties has emerged as the highest bidder for a 7.825-acre land parcel in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, with a revenue potential of approximately Rs 3,800 crore. Securing the parcel for Rs 547.75 crore in an e-auction by the Telangana Housing Board, this acquisition strengthens Godrej’s presence in Hyderabad, building on recent successful launches.
