Godrej Properties has secured a 7.82-acre land parcel in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, for approximately Rs 550 crore through an e-auction conducted by the Telangana Housing Board. The company plans to develop a housing project on the land, estimating a revenue potential of Rs 3,800 crore.
