Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) has appointed Priya Nair as its next Managing Director and CEO for a five-year term starting August 1, 2025, subject to shareholder and statutory approvals. The decision was cleared by the Board on July 10, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee’s recommendation. Nair will succeed Rohit Jawa, marking a planned leadership transition.
