Knowledge Realty Trust reported a strong Q3 performance, with net operating income rising 19% YoY to Rs 1,040.7 crore and revenue up 21%. Leasing momentum remained firm with 0.6 million sq ft added, while occupancy stood at 92%. The REIT also reduced its cost of debt and declared Rs 695.3 crore in distributions.
