Yugen Infra, a Gurugram-based realty firm, has partnered with former South African cricketer Gary Kirsten to develop a 10-acre cricket-themed villa project near Goa. Kirsten will also help develop sports facilities, including cricket and chess, at an international school. The total investment for the villa project and school is estimated at Rs 180 crore.
